Welcome! I'm Adrienne, an play therapist dedicated to helping children, teens, and parents discover their inner strengths and achieve emotional well-being through creative expression.

    Play Therapy

    Play is a child’s language and the toys are the children’s words. Play helps children process and regulate feelings in a safe welcoming space.

    Parent Coaching

    There is no manual for how to parent your child. Parents will meet with counselor to practice different parent strategies to utilize at home.
