Kids Social Skills Group

Helping Kids Build Confidence, Friendships & Stronger Social Skills!

Through through interactive activities, games, creative expression, and guided discussion, kids will have opportunities to practice:

  • Starting and maintaining conversations

  • Making and keeping friendships

  • Reading social cues

  • Taking turns and sharing

  • Listening and communicating effectively

  • Managing big feelings during social situations

  • Understanding different perspectives

  • Handling conflict and problem-solving

  • Building confidence in social settings

$50 per session

Ages 8–11

Mondays 6:00- 7:00

Yoga for Anxious Moms

Therapy Group for Moms

$40 per session

(4 classes minimum)

Sibling Support Group

Support group for siblings of Autistic or disabled individuals

3rd - 5th Grade

In this group kids will:

  • Form connections with others with neurodiverse siblings

  • Normalize their own feelings

  • Build understanding of their siblings challenges

  • Identify their siblings strengths

  • Learn to advocate for their needs

Facilitated by a licensed professional counselor and play therapist, parents will:

  • Better understand your child's emotional needs

  • Build stronger parent-child relationship

  • Implement effective rules at home

  • Help foster your child's self-esteem and creativity

  • Learn and practice play therapy skills

  • Connect with other parents

WHO:

Parents/caregivers of children 3-11 years old

COST:

$120 for 1 parent or $200 for both
