Meet Adrienne

Hi, I’m Adrienne. I have worked with kids and their families since 2016 in multiple settings (e.g. intensive in-home services, day treatment, outpatient, and school-based services)  throughout my career. I believe that everyone, no matter what neurodevelopmental stage, can benefit from counseling services. There is no “one size fits all”. I am committed to taking the time to find what approach best fits your needs. Through the use of play, expressive arts, and traditional talk therapy, I will assist you in reaching goals and moving toward wellness.

Therapy is hard. Admitting you need support is hard. Putting in the time and effort to make changes to your life is hard.

And you’ve made it this far. I believe you are capable of healing and I am here to guide you. Let’s embark on this journey together.

A fairy with pink wings and long brown hair sitting on a blue couch, speaking to a therapist or counselor. The therapist, a woman with curly hair, glasses, and a blue blouse, is sitting in a chair with a clipboard. They are having a conversation with speech bubbles; the fairy says, 'And when they clap, I know they believe,' and the therapist responds, 'First, you need to believe in yourself!'
